Privacy Policy

Gleamly ("we", "us") provides AI-powered cleaning estimating and business management software. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Gleamly, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and an authentication token when you register or sign in. We do not store your password in readable form.
• Company profile: the business name, contact details, logo, and pricing rates you configure in Settings.
• Business data you create: clients, properties, estimates, rooms, templates, uploaded room photos, and notes.
• Billing information: subscription plan and billing period. Payment card data is handled directly by Stripe and never touches our servers.
• Usage data: product analytics events (e.g. estimate created, checkout started) to measure and improve the service.

How we use your data

We use your data to operate the service — generating estimates, storing your client and property records, processing subscriptions, sending estimates and invoices to your clients on your behalf, and providing support. We do not sell your data or use it to train external models.

Data isolation

Each account's data is isolated. Other Gleamly users cannot read, edit, or delete your clients, estimates, or settings. Row-level access controls enforce this on every request, not just in the interface.

Third parties we rely on

• Stripe — subscription billing and the customer portal. Stripe processes your payment information under its own compliance standards.
• AI providers — when you use AI photo analysis, the room photo you upload is sent to our AI provider to detect room type and conditions and return a structured result.
• Email delivery — to send estimates and invoices to your clients at your request.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently erase your clients, estimates, rooms, templates, and settings, and cancel any active subscription, shortly after the request is confirmed.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or export your data from within the app. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. If you have questions or want to exercise a right, contact us at hello@gleamly.tech.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted authentication and per-account access controls. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Gleamly is a business tool and is not intended for use by anyone under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
